Begin the day with a guided tour of Troyes, where half-timbered houses, cobbled streets, and Gothic churches tell stories of the medieval past. Explore the picturesque architecture, especially the charming churches with their beautiful stained-glass windows. The afternoon is yours to wander Troyes at your own pace, dive into its artisanal shops, or simply soak in
the ambiance from a local café.
Today, journey to Reims for a guided tour of its magnificent Gothic cathedral, where French kings were crowned for centuries. Afterwards, visit the Palais du Tau, the former residence of the archbishops and now a museum housing royal treasures and tapestries. Enjoy free time for lunch before heading to Epernay, the capital of Champagne. Here, tour an esteemed local champagne cellar, learn about the art of winemaking, and savor a tasting of France’s finest bubbles.
Travel to Dijon, the heart of Burgundy, renowned for its culinary heritage. A delightful lunch awaits, featuring local specialties such as escargots, cheeses, and, of course, Dijon mustard. After lunch, a guided tour of the city will take you through its historic streets, majestic palaces, and medieval towers. Dinner is included, giving you a chance to relax and enjoy the flavors of Burgundy.
Begin the day at Clos Vougeot, a historic vineyard and former Cistercian winery that has been producing wine since the Middle Ages. Next, visit the beautiful town of Beaune and its famous Hospices, an architectural marvel with stunning tiled roofs. After exploring, indulge in a mustard tasting to experience this famous Dijon specialty. In the evening, journey to
Châteauneuf, a medieval village crowned by its castle, where you can explore both the village’s winding streets and the ancient fortress.
This morning, visit Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, a charming village known from the movie Chocolat and famous for its “Anis de Flavigny” candies. Tour a bonbon factory and taste these delicacies infused with natural anise. Wander through its peaceful cloisters, gardens, and Romanesque architecture, soaking in the serenity of this historic site.
