Day 5: Florence – Siena – Rome (B/-/D)
Departure for Siena, located in the heart of Tuscany. Guided visit of the city, built on
three hills of reddish clay, colour called “earth of Siena”. The city is known for its scal-
lop-shaped central square, on which every year the palio (one of the hardest horse
races in the world) takes place. Visit of the cathedral, walk across magic Piazza del
Campo, where the heart of the city beats, and continuation through the gothic streets
lined by palaces, passing by Patrician houses and Palazzo Pubblico. After lunch on
your own, departure for Rome, the capital of Italy. Dinner and overnight in Rome.
Day 6: Rome (B/-/D) PACKAGE PRICE PP
This day will be dedicated to the guided visit of the Italian capital and will start with IN DOUBLE ROOM FROM
a discovery of Baroque Rome: the Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi), Piazza Navona,
Piazza di Spagna, the Pantheon and Piazza Venezia (from the outside). After lunch 1,160 €
(not included), guided visit of Christian Rome: You will discover the Vatican Museums
(with obligatory headphones) and their treasures, in particular the Sistine Chapel with
its magnificent roof frescoes, masterpiece of Michelangelo. The visit will continue based on 30 persons
with St. Peter’s Square (Piazza San Pietro) and its basilica, center of Christianity and
rich in artworks, such as the Pieta by Michelangelo. Return to the hotel. Dinner and
